Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Zero Waste Emporium Inc., we're dedicated to reducing waste and promoting sustainable living. As part of this commitment, we have a thoughtful return policy designed to minimize environmental impact.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including perishable items, and our commitment to reducing waste, we are unable to offer traditional returns or refunds. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Quality and Satisfaction

Perishable Goods: Given the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We carefully select and source our products to ensure freshness and quality.

Non-Perishable Goods in Packaging: For non-perishable items in packaging, we will consider returns or exchanges in resaleable condition within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you encounter a product defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Artwork and Consignment Items: We will accept returns of any artwork and consignment items within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and the item is in the same condition as when it was sold.

Customer Satisfaction 

While we cannot offer refunds, we encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns or dissatisfaction. We may be able to offer alternative solutions, such as product exchanges or store credit.

Reusable Containers

Container Returns: We encourage you to return reusable containers to our store for refilling. Please ensure containers are clean and dry before returning.

Container Deposits: Some products may require a small deposit for reusable containers. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the clean container.
